ZERO TOLERANCE: Any user engaging in child sexual abuse or exploitation will be permanently banned and reported to relevant authorities.

- Sharing, distributing, or soliciting child sexual abuse material
- Grooming or attempting to groom minors

- Creating or sharing fake profiles to target minors
- Any form of sexual exploitation of children
- Content that sexualizes minors or presents them in a sexual manner
This prohibition applies to all forms of content on our platform, including profile pictures, messages, confessions, RateMe links, custom hints, and any other user-generated content.
3. Age Verification and Protection
To protect minors and comply with applicable laws, LocoMoo requires users to be at least 16 years old to create an account. We implement several measures to verify age and protect minors:
- Age verification during account creation
- Date of birth confirmation
- Parental consent requirements for users under 18 in certain jurisdictions
- Regular age verification checks
- Account suspension for suspected underage users
Users who misrepresent their age or create accounts for minors will have their accounts immediately terminated and may be reported to authorities.
4. Reporting and Enforcement
We encourage all users to report any concerning behavior, content, or suspected child safety violations immediately. Reports can be made through:

CSAM REMOVAL POLICY: Any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) will be removed immediately from our platform and reported to appropriate authorities including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement agencies.
