When you use our Services, we automatically collect certain information, including:

• Location information: Precise location of your device when you grant foreground location permission and actively use discovery features. On Android, when you enable Discovery Mode, the app runs a foreground service with a persistent notification and accesses location at set intervals; we do not request or use background location permission.

Discovery Mode requires foreground access; on Android this uses a foreground service with a persistent notification. We do not require or use background location permission. You may turn Discovery Mode off at any time to stop foreground location access.

Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can usually adjust your browser settings to remove or reject cookies. Please note that removing or rejecting cookies could affect the availability and functionality of our Site.

6.5 Marketing Communications
